Referral & Payout Policy: Advisors can earn commissions based on successful referral lead generation, subject to verification and approval. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the daily limits and wallet rules set by the platform.
Prohibited Activities: Users are strictly prohibited from submitting fraudulent documents, fake customer leads, or attempting to breach the security infrastructure of the platform. Violation will result in immediate account termination.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Once a service, product, or digital package is successfully purchased or activated on Capital Sathi, it generally cannot be cancelled, as digital tools and advisor services are provisioned immediately.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are strictly evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a technical error occurs during a transaction or a duplicate payment is charged, users can request a refund by contacting our support team.
Processing Timeline: Approved refunds are processed and credited back to the original payment method or bank account within 5 to 7 working days.
